how your live illustration experience unfolds
Step 1 – A personalised template
Before the event, I create a custom illustration template tailored to the occasion. It can include the couple’s names and wedding date, a company logo, or a branded design element that ties all portraits together. Each illustration is unique, yet together they form a cohesive set that reflects the overall atmosphere and style of the event.
Step 2 – The event day
On the day of the event, I arrive with all necessary materials and set up a beautifully arranged illustration table. Guests or clients can stop by to have a quick photo taken, which I use as a reference for their portrait. They are welcome to stay and watch the illustration come to life or continue enjoying the event.
Each guest is captured in their outfit and mood of the moment, resulting in lively, personalised portraits. I typically complete around ten portraits per hour. The table often becomes a charming focal point filled with conversation, laughter, and curiosity.
Step 3 – Takeaway & flexibility
Each illustration is carefully packaged so guests can take home their personal keepsake. If not all portraits can be completed during the event, additional illustrations can be created afterwards from photos and delivered later, ensuring that everyone is included.

What if not all guests can be illustrated during the booked time?
As an additional service, I offer to complete any remaining portraits after the event and send them by post or digitally. Guests can have their photo taken on-site, or the organiser can later provide photos for reference.
Can you be booked for events abroad?
Yes, I am available for international bookings as well. Travel and accommodation costs will need to be covered by the organiser.
What needs to be provided at the event?
I require a power outlet and a table. How the table is styled and where it is placed is entirely up to the organiser or event planner.
Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes, the basic package includes two hours of live illustration. For shorter bookings, the preparation time and setup would not be efficient.
