It's a little late for a review of the year. But I just haven't had the time yet. So much has happened in 2024. Plus, I prefer to write a year in review in January rather than in mid-December.
Creative Projects

Album Cover For Nayan Samuel
One of my favourite projects this year was designing the cover for a single by Nayan Samuel. I loved the song right from the start. I love listening to his calm music while drawing. ( My top artist 2024)
Have a listen on Spotify. The song is linked below.

The Market Stand
The biggest project this year was my market stall at the GODI Conference 2024, where I was able to sell my postcards and the first T-shirt prints during the 3-day event. One Tshirt design was sold out before the end of the event. Seeing people with my drawings on their backs for the first time was very exciting for me. It was also a special feeling to know how many postcards were sold. I hope and wish everyone who hangs one up in their home that it brings them hope and a smile every now and then.

Courses
I also had the opportunity to offer courses in 2024. The photo is from a course for children on illustrating people.
Another highlight was a course for three girls on digital drawing with Procreate.
Hopefully there will soon be the opportunity to offer more courses. For children as well as adults.
Logo for carreisen ostschweiz
In the middle of the year I was able to work with Studio Jakob on the design of the logo for Carreisen Ostschweiz.

A break with Instagram
I said goodbye to Instagram in the first half of the year. It had burnt me out and I found myself in conflict with my personal beliefs and values.
However, I returned at the end of the year. After plenty of reflection and thought. Even though I don't personally support Instagram and advise all users against it, it's still the best way for me to reach potential customers and an important part of my portfolio.

Youtube
I filmed a lot this year and published a few things. It's a type of creative work that I'm still at the very beginning of. It's fun to work on my film-making skills and to create a form of content that I personally enjoy much more than Instagram content.

Photography
Unfortunately, there were hardly any photographic projects this year. I only took product photos for my cards and shirts, took photos as part of the team for GODI Amriswil and took photos in my free time.
Personal | Behind the scenes

This year I spent many hours studying for my final exams. I then graduated in July. After that, my weekly rhythm changed completely.
I could no longer spend 80% of my week on self-study. I then worked full-time in a coffee shop for a month and then started my studies.
Time for drawing and creative projects became rarer. I often miss having so much time in my everyday life to shoot and edit videos, maintain my blog and illustrate.

I look back on this year with gratitude. To so many great memories, to so much that I was able to learn, to so many great encounters with other creative people.
It is a privilege to have been given so many opportunities and to see so many of my childhood dreams become reality.
I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart all the people who have supported me with help and advice. Who encouraged me in times of doubt, who helped me look after my stand, who advised me and believed in me. None of this would be possible without you.
And most of all, I thank God. For the path he leads me on, for the opportunities he creates, for the strength and inspiration he gives me.
