The flower dress is one of my favourite craft and design ideas for with children. It gives the possibility to combine different materials and techniques and it is fun to look for matching leaves and arrange them.
And the work of art is ready.

It is very simple. Depending on the children's skills, you can draw more or less of the picture in advance. I pre-drew the girl in the dress for her and also coloured most of it myself, as she was still busy with another drawing.
It's best to colour everything in before you glue leaves on. That way, the holes between the petals that might be there are not all white.
Then the child can glue the leaves onto the dress with or without help.
