Today it's not about drawing. As you may have already read, I'm still at school.
Currently I'm in the final exam phase. That's why I've hardly had any time to immerse myself in a creative project over the last few weeks.
The only time I've been able to draw is during a short break.
Today I'm sharing a few little study tips that have helped me a lot. It's not necessarily about learning itself, but how you can take good care of yourself to cope with the stress and pressure.

First of all, it is important for me to say how essential sleep is. If you don't get enough sleep, you'll struggle to concentrate and your learning will be less effective because you won't be able to memorise as much. So take care of yourself and your body. Drink enough, eat enough, sleep enough and get enough exercise.

Put effort into your mornings
Your morning often sets the tone for your afternoon. As a rule, it is difficult to be really productive in the afternoon if you have started the day very cosily and slowly. That's why you should focus primarily on the morning. Find out what helps you to wake up in the morning.
For me, it means that I don't start with school first thing, but do some quiet time. Then the first thing I do is a task that doesn't require me to think too much - such as learning some vocabulary. It's always the same. After that, I plan the day and then I really get going.
Celebrate it!
It feels very strange at first. But it helps to celebrate learning a little. To see it as a valuable and important task. In other words, I have my materials nicely organised, have something to drink and maybe a few nuts ready. I organise my workspace nicely so that I have a good overview.
Follow your intuition
Get into the habit of learning in different places, outside, by a lake or river, in the library, at home in different places... There is more freedom when you learn to trust your intuition about which setting works best for which tasks. This can also vary depending on the day. Variety prevents boredom.

I hope this has perhaps given you a few new ideas.
See you soon!
